About Me
I have a Masters degree in French–English Translation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies
and a Bachelors in Economics from Willamette University.
I am a member of ATESS (Association for Translation in the Social Sciences).
I have been translating full time since 2015.
My experience includes:
- Transcreation work for high-profile French brands and museums
- Translating academic articles in the fields of economics, history, sociology, and music for researchers at francophone universities
- Adapting feature-length movie scripts and press kits for films shown at the Cannes, Berlin, and Sundance festivals
- Creating high-quality subtitles for film and television for Netflix, ARTE, TV5Monde, Canal+, FIFA, and Amazon
- Translating contemporary fiction
